The Role

As our Client Concierge, you’ll play a pivotal role in the client journey, ensuring every interaction is smooth, positive, and professional. You’ll support our advisory team and clients with:

Implementing financial advice for Insurance, Superannuation (including SMSFs) and Investments.

Managing client communications, appointments and follow-ups

Coordinating onboarding for new clients

Assisting with preparation of meetings and documentation

Being the ‘go-to’ for client queries and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Supporting team operations with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Managing the administration of ongoing investments and insurance policies

What We’re Looking For

5+ Years experience in financial planning client services

A polished and professional demeanor with strong communication skills

High attention to detail, strong organisational ability, and initiative

A whiz on Xplan and know their way around product online platforms

A genuine interest in creating a high-end client experience

A commitment to improving processes
