HR & WHS Coordinator – Part-Time / Flexible Work Options

We’re on the lookout for a capable and caring HR & WHS Coordinator to join our growing team at Capture Culture — a South Australian consultancy supporting a broad client base across construction, manufacturing, NFPs and more.

This is a part-time role (flexible hours negotiable) ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values-led work and the chance to make a genuine difference across multiple organisations.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting clients across all areas of HR – from recruitment and ER to policy and documentation

Conducting WHS risk assessments, developing safety systems and responding to compliance requirements

Assisting with consultation processes, return-to-work planning, and organisational change

Developing documentation, reports and procedures aligned with each client’s unique needs

About you:

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Work Health & Safety or related field

Strong communicator who builds great working relationships

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to client outcomes

Experience in consulting or supporting multiple stakeholders is a bonus, but not essential
