The Role

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and friendly full-time receptionist to keep things running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact, loves a well-organised office, and is happy to support both the admin and onsite teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customer enquiries

Managing and responding to emails

Ordering and restocking office supplies

Assisting onsite team with admin tasks – eg. collecting timesheets, chasing up receipts

General admin duties: printing, scanning, data entry, filing

Keeping the office tidy and organised

What We’re Looking For

Clear and confident phone communication

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience with basic admin tasks and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) + experience with Jobber is a plus but not essential

A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves

Previous experience in a trade-based or fast-paced admin environment is a bonus, but not essential
