Beach House Seaside Resort is seeking a professional, customer-focused full-time receptionist to join our experienced team. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional front office service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests

Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally

Perform front office administration duties with attention to detail

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a positive experience

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-focused approach

Maintain knowledge of the local area to assist guests with directions and recommendations.

Support the team with various administrative and operational tasks as required.

Key Skills, Competencies and Personal Attributes:

Proven experience in a similar front office or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner

Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry capabilities

Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude

Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering guest satisfaction

Availability to work weekends is essential.
