About the Role
As the Organisational Strategy & Improvement Consultant, you'll work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to deliver strategic projects and unlock opportunities to improve the way the business operates.
From redesigning workflows to rethinking how services are delivered, this role is all about organisational improvement - taking big challenges and breaking them down into practical, people-focused solutions that make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end project delivery, from scoping to execution
- Supporting leaders to define and implement high-priority initiatives
- Facilitating structured problem-solving and developing scalable solutions
- Communicating clearly and effectively to frontline teams and senior stakeholders
- Embedding outcomes and driving a culture of continuous improvement
About You
You're a natural problem solver with strong commercial instincts and a knack for getting things done. You bring a blend of analytical thinking, project discipline, and stakeholder savvy - and you're equally comfortable working with an Exec sponsor or a team on the floor.
This role would be a great fit for someone with 2-3 years' experience in a Big 4 or strategy consulting firm, who's now looking to take ownership of projects end-to-end and drive tangible outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or business improvement roles
- MUST have worked in service-based organisations (e.g. education, health, aged care, retail, hospitality)
- Brings a structured but flexible approach to problem-solving and delivery
- Is comfortable operating across all levels - from execs to frontline
- Can design and implement real-world solutions, not just frameworks
- Thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused, outcome-driven environment
