About the role

Nightowl Gladstone' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Gladstone QLD 4680. This is a casual role with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the retail industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked store environment
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
