We are looking for an experienced retail assistant to provide expert advice and customer service to our customers.

Job tasks and responsibilities

General retail assistance and advice spanning across our product range.

Stock replenishment and maintaining displays.

General tidying and cleaning.

Customer facing, telephone and email customer service/sales.

Assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Retail Manager.

Skills and experience

Customer service stills and focus.

Proven retail sales experience is essential.

Knowledge and passion for homemade food and other beverages is favourable.

Willingness & aptitude to learn processes and equipment required to make homemade food and beverages.

Self-motivated to increase product and process knowledge

Ability to work between 16 and 24 hours per week. This has potential to increase.
