ABOUT YOU:

The Retail Store assistant is responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations of the Ringers Western Casuarina Square retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving sales, customer service. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong salesmanship, and a team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Experience & Sales

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience that reflects the Ringers Western brand.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate advice on pricing, features, and availability.

Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty.

Report any customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Finding times to upsell and reaching the store goals

Store Operations

Ensure the store is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing, with accurate product pricing and displays.

Notify the Store Manager when stock levels are low or products are out of stock.

Helping with stock take

Report any stock issues to the store manager

Being on time for your shifts

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in retail, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Experience in cash handling

Attention to detail

Proficiency in POS systems and retail software is advantageous.

Working Conditions

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods as required.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and unpacking stock.

Travel may be required for store-related activities or training sessions.
