Customer Service Representative| Mandarin speaker

• Salary: $55K–$60K + Super +Product credits + Profit sharing bonus
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
• Is either a recent graduate or has experience in a customer service environment

Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic, global company in the health and nutrition industry. This is an office-based role in Castle Hill, offering onsite parking and a supportive work environment.

Role Overview:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the Business Centre
• Process customer orders, exchanges, and product returns
• Manage daily administration tasks, including documenting calls and maintaining customer records
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers by resolving issues in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide product knowledge, business updates, and promotional information to customers
• Assist with over-the-counter enquiries and support the wider Business Centre team
• Maintain and balance cash registers at the end of the day
• Collaborate with team members across Australia and New Zealand offices

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
• Holds full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
• Flexible with Occasional Saturday Work from Home: 10am–2pm (Once a month)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
