About The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Data entry of orders into the ERP system, specifically SAP, with a focus on high accuracy.
• Liaising with freight providers to track orders and provide estimated delivery times (ETAs).
• Assisting the sales team with quotes and providing general support as needed.
• Performing general office administrative duties to support daily operations.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong computing skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
