Our Marketing team is at the heart of this transformation—amplifying our brand, driving patient engagement, and supporting clinical growth through clever campaigns and content.
We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with our Podiatry and Hand Therapy teams, this role is perfect for a highly capable marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to see their work make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and deliver local area marketing and national campaigns across multiple brands.
Partner with business leaders to support growth and brand performance for clinics across Australia.
Create engaging digital content across websites, eDMs, blogs, social media, and more.
Launch new clinic openings and campaigns from end to end—strategy to execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, and agencies to roll out multi-channel campaigns.
Track and report on campaign success using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
Contribute to project-based MARCOMMS initiatives across disciplines.
Provide briefs to web developers and ensure a seamless digital experience.
What you bring:
5–7 years of experience in a marketing role—ideally in multi-site, retail, healthcare, or services.
Solid digital marketing experience including SEO, paid and organic social, and programmatic campaigns.
Confidence using data tools like Google Analytics to optimise campaign performance.
Strong stakeholder management—you’re comfortable presenting updates up, down, and sideways.
Exceptional content and campaign execution skills, with the agility to switch from local to national scale.
Experience briefing designers and web developers to bring brand stories to life.
A growth mindset—you're passionate about what you do and love seeing the impact of your work.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce.
