We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across paid media, website optimisation, and digital growth channels.

This role is for someone who thrives in data, understands paid media at scale, and can collaborate across creative, CRO, and development teams to drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with Meta and Google media buyers, manage 7-figure ad spend, and help accelerate growth across Australia and the USA in both DTC and wholesale markets.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms

Analyze ad performance, manage KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions

Work with media buyers to improve ROAS, LTV, and conversion efficiency

Collaborate with web and CRO teams to improve site experience and sales funnel

Support strategic planning and campaign launches across multiple markets

Align paid media, product launches, and brand campaigns for maximum impact

Deliver weekly reporting, insights, and ongoing performance improvements

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience managing or supporting 7-figure paid ad accounts

Strong analytical skills—confident in GA4, Meta Ads, UTM tracking, and attribution

Background in DTC, eCommerce, or wholesale marketing

Deep understanding of KPIs, CAC, and LTV models

Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across dev, design, and creative

Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution and ROI
