About You:
Are you a Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting? And also a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a steady hand under pressure. There is not one but two awseome opportunties available as there is an AM & PM shift supervisor on offer.
You will be leading a skilled crew of maintenance professionals during the AM/ PM shift working closely with the Maintenance Manager to keep plant operations running smoothly.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a maintenance team
• Experience using a computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and logically when facing tight deadlines
• Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance with site standards
• Flexibility to work weekends on a rotation between the team
• A commitment to workplace safety and best practices
• Previous experience in an FMCG production environment is advantageous
