We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering functions of a well-established industrial manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance and engineering team to ensure optimal plant performance.
  
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance strategies, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.
  
• Develop and implement capital projects to enhance production capabilities.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering objectives with business goals.
  

About You:

• Proven experience in an Engineering Management or Maintenance Leadership role within manufacturing.
  
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, automation, and asset management.
  
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and engineering challenges.
  
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
