We’re working with a leading global firm seeking a strategic and experienced Director – Change Management to lead and grow their Change Management offering within People Advisory Services. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on building client relationships, driving transformation, and shaping market-leading change strategies across large-scale programs.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll provide executive-level advisory on enterprise change strategies, lead high-impact transformation programs, and design innovative approaches to accelerate adoption and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, drive new offerings in digital transformation (including Gen AI), and lead change initiatives that truly shift the way organisations work.

Develop and execute change strategies across technology, workforce & operational transformations

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives

Build and lead high-performing change teams across client engagements

Innovate change offerings using analytics, digital enablers, and Gen AI

Lead business development and contribute to growth targets

Skills and experience you’ll need:

15+ years in change management, consulting, or transformation leadership

Proven experience leading enterprise change programs and advisory engagements

Strong business development and client relationship management background

Expertise in organisational design, digital adoption, and change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)

Exceptional executive presence, communication, and leadership capability
