We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business and Change Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery and handover of a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can lead business analysis and change activities to update and finalise documentation, confirm process changes, and capture lessons learned as the program transitions from delivery to operations.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align business needs with project goals.

Analyse business requirements, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.

Support the development of handover materials, including SOPs, training guides, support models, and change impact assessments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, define needs, and translate them into clear documentation.

Coordinate business readiness activities to ensure stakeholders can operate and maintain the solution post go-live.

Support change management initiatives, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.

Contribute to designing and implementing change strategies that promote adoption and minimise resistance.

Track and report on business and change impacts, risks, and outcomes.

About You

Experience working in digital transformation programs, particularly during go-live, transition, or post-implementation stages.

Strong business analysis and organisational change management background, ideally in complex or regulated environments.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities during program closure.

Proven ability to distil complex processes into clear documentation and deliverables suitable for operational handover.

Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) and strong working knowledge of digital delivery practices (Agile/Hybrid).

Qualifications

The following qualifications would be desirable, not essential

Degree-qualified in Business, Information Systems, Change Management or a related discipline.

Formal Business Analysis and/or Change Management certifications are highly desirable.
