Our Valued client, a prominent not-for-profit aged care provider based in NSW, seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to add their team.

This presents an exceptional opportunity for a committed registered nurse with a background in the Aged Care sector in Mid-North Coast, NSW.

The Role:

• Collaborating closely with the Facility Manager and other Clinical Care Coordinator.
• Implementation and enhancement of care plans to ensure the delivery of top-tier care.
• Lead and coach junior RN's
• Proficiency in aged care legislative and ethical requirements.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all clinical care matters within the facility.

Essential Requirements:

• Current APHRA Registration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven leadership experience preferred
