About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy in Victoria and develop the Canberra region. This is a sales-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives on building networks, driving partnerships, and turning leads into lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and convert leads for our NDIS services in VIC and ACT

Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with support coordinators, LACs, hospitals, schools, and allied health providers

Attend networking events, expos, and community engagement initiatives

Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns

Track sales KPIs and report performance to senior management

Develop and execute regional growth strategies for new client acquisition

About You:

Proven experience in sales or business development (NDIS, healthcare, or community services experience a strong advantage)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Knowledge of the NDIS framework and participant journey is highly regarded

Willingness to travel occasionally to Canberra

Driver’s licence and access to a car (car allowance provided)
