We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Onsite Senior Property Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of a premier residential complex on the Gold Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable property management team in a Senior role, providing high-quality service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Join our wonderful team that consists of a dedicated Receptionist/Leasing and Property Manager.

You will feel confident in your role with thorough onboarding and training to set you up for success with the support of the Leadership team.

Work Monday to Friday with no weekends or after hours involved leaving you time for a well balanced work life lifestyle.

What We’re Looking For:

Skilled & Experienced Senior property manager (onsite management preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Solid understanding of Queensland property legislation and body corporate regulations

Current Certificate of Registration (License preferred but not essential)

Positive outlook and a can do attitude

A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach

A desire to deliver an outstanding service
