What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio in Sydney CBD
• Oversee maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Support compliance and assist with trust accounting
• Enjoy working with a professional and close-knit team
