The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Manage a portfolio of 120 properties

Develop strong relationships

Maintain rental arrears for the portfolio

Prepare for and attend Tribunal hearings as required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

Minimum of 3 + years managing a portfolio

Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Top notch conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour is a must

Valid Driver's Licence
