The role:
Senior Property Manager required to manage a tidy portfolio of local properties. Working in collaboration with a Leasing and Administration Team who will provide plenty of support, this role won't have you feeling overwhelmed or having to work outside of office hours. Key attributes of the role worth noting:-

• Manage a portfolio located in South East Brisbane.
• In-house admin staff to help with lease renewal paperwork
• No leasing
• No trust accounting
• Working hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, no weekend work
• Support from a Leasing Team, Administration Team and Head of Department
• Negotiable salary

The ideal Candidate will have:

• At least 2 years experience in portfolio Property Management
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills and presentation
