AR Developments is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team.

This part-time role is based at our Hemmant office, with flexible hours between 20–30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. It's ideal for an experienced professional seeking reduced hours and a better work/life balance, without compromising on career satisfaction.

The role

The Sales Administrator is a key support across our property sales and rental operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of contracts, reports, leasing arrangements, and post-settlement documentation. You will liaise with solicitors, agents, marketers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.

Sales Administration & Coordination

Document management and execution of expression of interest, sales contracts, marketer agreements and Form 6's.

Liaison with solicitors to ensure contracts, correspondence, and reports are accurate and complete.

Pre-Release Stock Preparation

Ensure contract documentation is prepared and ready for release, including supporting information such as budgets and survey plans.

Maintain current and accurate price lists ahead of stock release.

Post-Settlement Administration

Finalise and distribute handover folders and key packs for investors and owner-occupiers.

Coordinate property cleaning schedules.

Rental Portfolio Management

Monitor and maintain property portfolios, tenancy statements and routine inspection reports.

Liaise with all parties on repair and maintenance requests.

What you’ll bring

A minimum of 3 years' experience in property administration

Knowledge of property management software and legal documentation

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
