Part-Time Trust and Accounts Manager – Real Estate & Finance Focus

TAARNBY™ are looking for a skilled and reliable Trust and Accounts Manager to join us on a part-time basis. If you’ve got experience in finance and real estate admin, and you’re looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a genuinely supportive environment – this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure the business runs smoothly from the inside out. Key areas you’ll take ownership of:

Managing trust accounts for both sales and property management

Handling payroll and supplier payments through Xero

Taking care of mid-month and end-of-month disbursements

Using tools like PropertyMe, Xero, Eagle CRM and REISA Master Forms

Administrative systems improvement

Working with accountants and other external consultants / suppliers

About You

You’ve worked in a finance, office management, or admin support role (real estate experience = big plus)

You’re confident with trust accounting and payroll processes

You know your way around Xero, and maybe even PropertyMe

You’re independent, meticulous, and great at staying on top of details

You don’t need micromanagement – just clear goals and the freedom to get things done
