Seeking a hands-on, strategic Marketing Coordinator to take the reins of our brand in both Australia and the USA. The Leather Doctor is Australia’s leading franchisor for leather, vinyl and upholstery services, operating for over 30 years with a national franchise network of 100+ franchisees. We've recently launched into the USA, and with strong foundations and growing interest, we’re scaling fast.

We’re seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts across both countries.

What You'll Do:

Own and execute marketing strategies for franchise growth and customer acquisition in AU, NZ & USA

Manage digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and email

Build & optimise marketing funnels for franchise lead generation

Oversee website performance, landing pages, SEO, and marketing automation

Support franchisees with local marketing tools and strategies

Collaborate with designers, contractors and virtual assistants

Monitor campaign KPIs and report on ROI

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of marketing experience (franchise or multi-location brand experience a big plus)

Proven results in digital lead generation (paid ads, SEO, CRM, funnels, email campaigns)

Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp, Monday.com

Experience working across Australian and US markets (preferred, not essential)

Ability to collaborate and work with a close knit head office team
