As we grow our brand presence across Australia and the USA, we’re evolving our Marketing Team. We’re now looking for an Australia-based Marketing Coordinator to support regional campaigns, social media, copywriting, and project marketing — and work in tandem with our USA-based design lead.
About the Role
You'll be the go-to marketing person for Australia-based content, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager.
Your mission? To bring our projects, brand, and stories to life through compelling words, content, and creative execution.
Your responsibilities include:
· Social Media (AU) – Develop, schedule and monitor content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
· Copywriting – Blogs, case studies, social captions, brochures, web pages.
· Project Marketing – Coordinate photo/video shoots and manage media assets.
· Email Marketing – Assist with campaign creation and scheduling via Pardot.
· Website Updates – Support edits and SEO optimisation using WordPress.
· Marketing Collateral – Help build brochures, presentations, and print materials.
· Events Support – Assist with marketing materials for expos and trade shows.
About You
We’re not looking for decades of experience — we’re looking for the right person, with the right energy.
What you bring:
· 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, or communications
· Strong copywriting skills
· Experience managing social media (ideally in B2B or design/construction)
· Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite a plus)
· Familiarity with WordPress, email platforms, and asset libraries
· Bonus: photography/videography skills
You’re someone who:
· Has initiative and learns quickly
· Takes feedback with grace
· Feels confident with brand consistency
· Is curious about architecture, construction, and design
