Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Gold Coast HQ (in-house role – possible hybrid, but no remote)

We're Tonik, a fast-growing Aussie wellness brand on a mission to support busy women with fuss-free supplements that work. We're after a smart, creative, hands-on Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help us bring the Tonik story to life across every channel.

You’ll play a huge role in shaping and executing our social and digital presence—from TikTok and Instagram to email campaigns, photoshoots and influencer collabs. You’ll be confident jumping in front of the camera, savvy behind it, and obsessed with creating content people want to watch, share, and shop.

This Role is For You If You:

• Are creative, strategic, and across what’s trending on TikTok, IG & beyond

• Know what makes a post perform and a story stick

• Can write like a human (not a bot), with a tone that’s cheeky, warm and real

• Are confident showing up on camera and representing our brand online

• Are organised, self-motivated and can handle a fast-paced, fun-loving environment

• Have a passion for wellness, women’s health and making content that actually helps people

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating, editing and posting engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & more

• Assisting with content planning, scheduling and campaign execution

• Writing product descriptions, captions, emails and website content

• Supporting eComm launches and digital marketing campaigns

• Attending and directing photoshoots, helping brief creators and talent

• Building and managing influencer relationships

• Managing community engagement—DMs, comments, and brand voice

• Helping track content performance and share insights

• Appearing in content and helping bring real customer stories to life

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A degree (or are nearly finished) in Marketing, Communications, or similar

• Basic experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva or CapCut

• A knack for writing clean, conversion-driven copy

• A great eye for aesthetic and storytelling through visuals

• A soft spot for beautiful branding and female-led businesses
