About The Role

The Foot Stop Podiatry Service, a leading provider of mobile podiatry services across Sydney, is seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Lead Podiatrist to join our growing team. This role may be part-time or full-time and will involve both hands-on clinical work and management responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of quality podiatric care to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing high-quality, patient-centered podiatric care to clients in their homes, and other community settings

Assessing clients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, and monitoring progress

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care

Building a caseload to then manage a team of podiatrists, including supervising their work, providing mentorship, and supporting professional development

Driving the continuous improvement of our clinical and operational processes

Representing the company and building relationships with key stakeholders, such as NDIS planners and aged care providers

What We're Looking For:

Registered Podiatrist with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience

A podiatrist who really cares!

Demonstrated excellence in clinical podiatry practice, with a strong focus on patient outcomes

Proven experience in driving continuous improvement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Proficiency in using digital technologies and electronic medical record systems
