The Luxuriate is a fast-growing, founder-led brand based in Melbourne. We're pioneering a new standard in the candle industry, one that’s sustainable, design-led, and made to last. Our refillable stone candles are now in homes around the world, and as we grow, our focus remains on craftsmanship, innovation, and creating something truly unique in the global home fragrance space.
In this hybrid role, you'll be the driving force behind our organic social content management and brand storytelling, while also supporting our retention and loyalty efforts to help deepen relationships with our customers. You will be reporting directly to our Creative Director and you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how customers experience The Luxuriate both online and off.

Key Responsibilities
Organic Social & Content Coordination
Assist with briefing content creators, photographers and creative agencies to ensure brand alignment and storytelling,
Stay across platform trends and help ideate & coordinate short-form video content
Support the rollout of marketing campaigns including updating website banners, coordinating digital assets, and launching email flows
Loyalty & Retention
Assist with executing brand loyalty strategies (including subscription retention initiatives)
Support brand partnership activations for VIP customers and subscribers
Help plan and deliver community-focused touchpoints to build brand love and repeat purchase
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
Confident using Canva and/or CapCut (or similar tools) to create engaging content
An eye for aesthetic and detail, and a strong understanding of social media best practices
Highly organised with great communication skills
Bonus points for Klaviyo email marketing knowledge or experience in customer retention
