As Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in planning and executing marketing initiatives that elevate the Clifton Springs Golf Club brand. You’ll focus on creative campaign development, media planning and buying, digital marketing, and brand management across multiple platforms.

Part Time 3-day-a-week role

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan aligned with business goals

Create compelling copywriting tailored to our target audiences

Manage and enhance our digital presence on Facebook, Instagram, and the website

Oversee digital inquiries and reputation management across review sites and online forums

Develop creative digital campaigns and manage media buying to promote retail offers and events

Maintain and update the club’s website and quarterly newsletter, The Springs

Manage SEO and Google AdWords campaigns to improve online visibility

Monitor competitors and market trends, providing insights to key stakeholders

Assist with sales and marketing data analysis and reporting

Support monthly marketing presentations and prepare materials for club events

Contribute to team brainstorming sessions for innovative campaign ideas

Collaborate with management on annual budgeting and financial tracking

Coordinate meeting documentation and assist in meeting project deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Marketing or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing coordinator role

Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to engage and inspire audiences

Experience managing digital marketing platforms including SEO, Google AdWords, and social media

Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and other marketing tools for creative content creation

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

A proactive, positive team player with leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach
