About the Role

The role will suit someone who has a strong background in software architecture, systems design, and cloud computing, particularly with Azure, and is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with the Product Owner to align development priorities with the product roadmap.

Ensure the team delivers scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions as part of a cloud migration.

Monitor and improve team performance, addressing bottlenecks and skill gaps.

Lead technical troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of development challenges.

Develop and design robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions, analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design systems that integrate with existing infrastructure while accommodating future growth.

Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are implemented according to the architecture guidelines.

Maintain technical documentation and create comprehensive documentation of the system architecture, including diagrams, manuals, and guidelines to ensure that solutions can be understood and maintained by other team members.

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or related technical roles.

Strong background in application development, cloud computing (Azure), and system integration.

Technical experience in cloud-based architecture and scalable solutions.

Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Architect certifications in Azure.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of data architecture, security best practices, and regulatory compliance standards.
