As a Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. We seek a hands-on Solution Architect to lead the design of a comprehensive range of digital technology solutions for an exciting enterprise transformation program. This initiative involves the complete modernisation of existing systems, including the replacement of legacy platforms with the latest cloud-based solutions, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and more.

What you will be doing;

- Design end-to-end technology solutions for the transformation program.

-Engage with digital vendors and assess the architecture, integration, middleware, data, and security of enterprise systems.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative, scalable technology solutions.

- Design and architect robust, secure, and efficient technology systems that align with client objectives and industry best practices

-Develop comprehensive solution plans and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation process

-Ensure architecture decisions comply with regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS

-Define security architecture and support risk assessments

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a digital architect in a fast-paced, consumer-oriented industry.

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, CRM, Booking Platforms, Property Management Systems (PMS), or similar applications.

-Expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions across various domains, including cloud computing and integration of SaaS solutions

-Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

-Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

-Experience working in a small or start-up environment to take a hands-on approach, work with ambiguity, and help establish and mature the architecture practice.

- A background in development is essential for understanding application architecture and integration.

Essential Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture.

- Proven track record designing customer-facing and internal operations systems, such as CRM, POS, PMS, loyalty programs, and mobile applications.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, data architecture, and cloud-native design.

- Experience in a consumer-oriented industry is crucial.

- TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certifications are desirable

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and technology frameworks

- Expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions across various domains, such as cloud computing, big data, and IoT

-Experience working in a small or start-up environment to take a hands-on approach, work with ambiguity, and help mature the architecture practice.
