Senior Solution Architect - Financial Services

We're working with a well-established business seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join its technology team. This is a key role shaping how systems are designed and delivered across the enterprise. You’ll work closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to lead architecture strategy, design high-performance solutions, and guide tech decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading architecture and design across cloud and hybrid platforms
• Setting technical direction, establishing patterns and frameworks
• Working hands-on with delivery teams to ensure scalable, supportable solutions
• Researching new technologies and creating proof of concepts
• Writing high-quality documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Influencing senior stakeholders and promoting best practices across the group

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in architecture roles, including senior leadership experience
• Strong experience in Azure cloud architecture (AWS also considered)
• Deep understanding of .NET,microservices, solution design, and technical documentation
• Hands-on experience in large-scale, high-performance environments
• Familiar with architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills
