Overview:

Our client is looking for a SAP Solution Architect who will be leading the design and delivery of SAP solutions that optimize asset lifecycle management and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with clients to define best practices and implement SAP systems across modules such as PM, MM, PS, PPM, SCM, FI, RE, ORM (e.g., MOC, WCM), and specialized areas like LAM, Mobility, GIS integration, and Analytics-within the ISO55000 framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide solution architecture to align with client goals, emphasizing clean core and S/4HANA standards.

Oversee integration efforts to ensure minimal disruption and maximum system performance.

Lead architecture forums and communicate risks, progress, and design decisions.

Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, implementation strategy, and business process optimization.

Develop solution blueprints, functional specifications, and process documentation.

Support business development through pre-sales demos, proposals, and value assessments.

Manage project deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Mentor SAP teams through design, build, and go-live phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of SAP implementation experience, with at least 3 years in a solution architect role.

Strong industry knowledge in sectors like utilities, energy, transport, or defense.

Experience leading full lifecycle SAP projects and using integration tools (PI/PO, CPI, APIs).

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Build Process Automation, and clean core methodologies.

SAP and architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAP EA, LeanIX) preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

Expertise in S/4HANA and SAP's digital suite (e.g., APM, GEF, SAC, Datasphere).

Deep understanding of EAM, project delivery, procurement, finance, and asset management modules.

Ability to design scalable, integrated SAP landscapes and develop end-to-end solution architectures.

Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills with proven project delivery experience.
