The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking a Project Manager for a contract role until June 2025 to lead the delivery of physical and digital customer information and wayfinding across major infrastructure, fleet, and service change projects. This role sits within a division focused on improving the customer experience across the transport network and plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication for network changes and project openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of customer information and wayfinding across infrastructure, fleet, and service change projects.
• Manage asset data systems to ensure accuracy and operational responsiveness.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and procurement processes.
• Build strategic relationships and lead stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties.

• Significant experience in project delivery across transport, infrastructure, customer experience, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets, contracts, risks, and project governance.
