As part of a growth and expansion process we are looking for an experienced Account Manager /Contract Manager to manage and deliver facilities management contracts across multiple locations in the South Pacific, the role will be instrumental in building a high performance culture that can make a difference in the industry and for our customers..
The role will manage the end to end of the contract with a support team in each South Pacific location. Working in partnership with the client, the role will have direct oversight of subcontractor management (trades subcontracted as well as some in house technicians), a number of coordinators and work with our national support team to ensure we deliver on our promises and deliver on profitability and contract performance. Consisting of key deliverables across Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Minor Capital Works you will ensure all Contract KPI's are exceeded. Support to local industry will be a driver as well as the development of our local team members in the South Pacific.
The role has significant growth and career opportunities as we embark on our new journey to make a difference in the FM space. This role will require travel into the South Pacific to engage with the Customer, Client and our Team Members. Strong communication and relationship management will be required for this role
Reporting to our COO the role will be a trusted confidant and will become a critical part of our business as we grow.

Having the full support of our senior leadership team, the role will work closely on ensuring that we have the right structure and systems deployed as part of our delivery and work through building our capability to transition this large contract in the asset and facilities management space. The role will also travel to the various locations and manage a team of roving facilities coordinators and trades to ensure quality checks are performed, subcontractors managed and constantly finding savings opportunities for our client.
Ideally you will have:
Experience in a similar role within a facilities management sector;
Understand asset management and preventative/reactive maintenance processes;
Experience managing a P&L and end of month reporting;
Experience delivering to Client KPI's;
Outstanding analytical skills and a sound understanding of the critical tasks;
Exceptional planning skills and ability to document and manage the risks;
Ability to role up your sleeve in the operations space when required;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Ability to mentor and develop our Team Members;
High-level computer literacy skills;
Ability to build, contribute and collaborate as part of a high-performing team;
Zero harm attitude with a focus on structure and process;
Proactive not reactive. Someone who likes to solve problems.
Excellent attention to detail and work accuracy;
Possess a strong work ethic, good organisational and outstanding time management skills.
This Position will require successful candidates to undergo a Medical Assessment as well as a Police and National Security Checks. The role will be based at our Melbourne Head Office when not travelling to the South Pacific locations.
