We’re seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to join a well-established insurance construction company based on the Sunshine Coast.

Specialising in residential and commercial insurance building repairs, this company delivers high-quality outcomes for insurers and property owners across the region. With strong systems, an established pipeline, and a skilled site team in place, they now need a senior leader to coordinate daily operations and drive performance.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone with a background in project delivery, construction coordination, or site management who’s ready to step up and take ownership of operational workflows.

You’ll work from the Kawana office, overseeing the scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and delivery of multiple projects across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operational delivery across a portfolio of insurance repair projects

Coordinate internal teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors

Oversee scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Liaise with insurers, homeowners, adjusters, and field teams

Track project milestones and ensure performance targets are met

Monitor WHS compliance and improve internal processes as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in operations, project management, or coordination

Background in insurance construction highly regarded

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to juggle competing priorities and lead a small, skilled team

Commercial understanding of budgets, variations, and timeframes

White Card and valid driver’s licence
