What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in a fast-paced restaurant, with proven experience as Head Chef

Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills – Able to manage a busy kitchen efficiently

Exceptional Attention to Detail – Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

Experience with Greek Cuisine is highly regarded but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, authentic Greek dishes

Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace culture

Menu & Recipe Development: Innovate new dishes while staying true to the authenticity of Greek cuisine

Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock, ordering, and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency

Quality & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards

Budget Management: Oversee kitchen costs, including food and labor, to maintain profitability
