We seek a dynamic and passionate kitchen professional who understands how to motivate and lead an existing brigade of chefs and kitchen hands as Head Chef.

This iconic Irish bar in Northbridge has been operated by The Lavish Habits Group since Jan 2021, and its values are deeply rooted in Irish culture and heritage. Our main focus is on providing great, friendly service, quality food and drinks, live entertainment and sport. We aim to create a venue that feels like home-away-from-home with a welcoming team at the heart of the business.

Applicants must have experience in managing staff, negotiating with suppliers and delivering on budgeted costs.

You will be instrumental in assisting to develop new menu ideas, establishing standards and managing a team that shares in your desire to produce high-quality and outstanding food that over-delivers to our customers.

Our prime candidate would be fanatical about a tidy kitchen, insistent on quality and consistency, have a passion for all things food and have experience in cocktail & seated functions from 20-200 guests.
