About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical capabilities, specifically focused on Adobe Analytics. This role will see you working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs and analytical requirements.
• Translating complex problems into clear data requirements and actionable insights.
• Developing user stories, epics and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and delivery teams.
• Supporting the product owner in backlog prioritisation with a strong focus on customer and business value.
• Ensuring alignment between digital analytics solutions and broader business and architectural goals.
• Documenting current and future state processes and data specifications.
• Working across technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a digital environment.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and ideally Adobe Audience Manager or AdCloud.
• Solid understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-led approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated experience in agile environments and delivering digital analytics solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
