Redstone are seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to join a not for profit aged care facility based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

Requirements:

• Cert IV in Lifestyle and Leisure essential
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a lifestyle coordinator position. ideally large RACF exposure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Current Police Check
• Current Vaccinations
