Currently seeking a Lifestyle coordinator with Aged Care experience to oversee a home in the South eastern suburbs of Melbourne. You will have a passion for working with the elderly and enriching their lives with stimulating and engaging activities to maximise their well being.

In this lifestyle coordinator position you will be developing and implementing innovative programs with a creative flare to ensure that the residents are enjoying themselves. This organisation is resident focused in their approach to clinical care so want someone with the same style to run the lifestyle programs.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or Diploma in Diversional Therapy
• You will have experience in a similar role within the aged care industry
• A passion for working with the elderly and providing person centred lifestyle programs
• The capacity to work well autonomously and be a team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• An approachable & caring demeanour
• Experience coordinating & evaluating group & individual programs
• Experience with resident care planning & assessments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
