We are working with a well-established business in the building materials industry, seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a short-term, 3 weekcontract to cover annual leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable team and hit the ground running in a supportive environment.

About the Role

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• Invoice matching, coding, and data entry
• Managing weekly payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
• Handling supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships
• Assisting with Accounts Receivable where required
• Contract from 19/05/2025 - 10/06/2025
• 1 week handover
• Rocklea Location, 5 days in office

About You

• Proven experience in accounts payable (ideally 3+ years)
• Confident working independently and picking up systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Availability to commit to a 3 week contract
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
