This temporary role has come about due to the incumbent heading overseas. Although this is currently a temporary 3-month role, there is a strong expectation that it will convert to permanent for the right person.

The Role:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Raising purchase orders
• Supplier reconciliations
• Creating vendors in the system
• Reviewing payment proposals
• Produce reports
• Ad hoc accounts payable responsibilities

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in an accounts payable role
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred)
