About the Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working collaboratively among a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice processing, verification, and payment processing.
• Deal with aging accounts payable data
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of accounts payable reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures and systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance manager or senior management.

About You:
To be considered as a successful applicant for this role, you will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with a strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing financial transactions. With a proven track record in processing invoices accurately and efficiently, you thrive on ensuring payments are made on time while adhering to company policies and procedures. You are confident in reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and communicating effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your ability to leverage accounting software to streamline processes is a key strength and experience using the SAP system is essential for this role. Proactive and adaptable, you are committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy in all aspects of your work, making you an asset to the team. The ideal candidate will bring a reliable and positive attitude, a willingness to support colleagues in a team-focused environment, and strong time management skills gained in a busy finance setting.
