About the Role

As the Senior Sales & Production Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estimating process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in both sales and production phases. Reporting directly to the Ops Manager, you'll play a vital role in streamlining operations and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the take-off process for a variety of residential builds.
• Ensure efficient use of DataBuild, Framework, and Planswift to maintain streamlined estimating workflows.
• Work closely with internal teams, including drafting, sales, and site supervisors, to ensure precision in project costing.

About You

• Minimum 4 years of estimating experience with residential homebuilders.
• Demonstrated experience in both sales and production estimating.
• Proficiency in DataBuild is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
