The Role:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio. This role involves building and maintaining strong landlord relationships while ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations.

• Managing trust accounts
• Arrears management
• Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Handling mid-week and Saturday leasing as required
• Processing tenant applications
• NCAT preparation and attendance as needed
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Facilitating rent reviews and lease renewals

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Class 2 License
• 5+ years of property management experience
• Professional demeanor with excellent time management skills
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation
• Proficiency in Console and MS Office
• Flexibility to work Saturdays as required
• A proactive mindset with a passion for property management
