The Role
We are looking for a candidate with excellent people skills and strong project coordination abilities. You will lead two hoarding project officers within your team and coordinate hoarding installers and factory workers to ensure smooth project deliveries. Position 1: 2IC to Senior Project Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of hoarding projects
· Support the Senior Project Coordinator to lead the hoarding team, schedule and delegate day-to-day activities to factory staff and hoarding installers
· Prepare detailed hoarding proposals, including drawings, cost estimates, timelines, etc.
· Maintain positive relationships with clients (mainly commercial shopping centres), subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders
· Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries in a professional manner
· Be available to take calls and emails outside of work hours and have a positive can-do attitude
Position 2: Junior Project Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Complete regular site inspections and generate compliance check reports
· Conduct site measurements, ensuring clients’ requirements are met
· Prepare detailed hoarding proposals, including drawings and cost estimates
· Assist with scheduling and delegating day-to-day activities to factory staff and hoarding installers
· Project administration, such as issuing POs, invoicing, procurement, documentation, etc.
· Maintain positive relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders
· Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries in a professional manner
· Be available to take calls and emails outside of work hours and have a positive can-do attitude
Key requirements:
· Own car and driver’s licence
· Experience working within a construction project management environment
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Attention to detail with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
· Reliable and can work autonomously
· Ability to take own initiative and resolve problems
