We're Hiring: Property Manager

📍 Based in the northern suburbs | 💰 $75,000 + Super | 🕒 Full Time | 📅 Monday to Friday Only

We’re on the hunt for a confident Property Manager to join our friendly, fast-paced team on a 12-month contract. If you love variety in your day, take pride in building strong client relationships, and enjoy working with a supportive crew — we want to hear from you!

About the Role

You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties, ensuring both Rental Providers and Renters receive outstanding service and support.

Your day-to-day will include:

> Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
> Conducting routine and final inspections
> Handling maintenance requests and liaising with trades
> Attending VCAT hearings when required
> Ensuring full compliance across all property management and leasing activities
> Overseeing leasing, rent reviews, and lease renewals

What We're Looking For

2–3 years’ experience in residential property management

Excellent organisation and time management skills

A confident communicator who loves working with people

Experience with Property Tree (preferred but not essential)

A reliable car and a current driver’s licence
