We’re now looking for a Client Experience & Community Engagement Coordinator—a systems-savvy human who thrives on connection, clarity, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t just another admin job. You’ll sit at the heart of our operations—supporting clients, coordinating our offsite admin, keeping the brand humming, and bringing order to the ever-evolving systems that support our team.

Your day might look like:

A few phone calls to welcoming a new client with warmth and professionalism

Managing onboarding flows, forms, and app access

Coordinating our monthly marketing content and clinician-generated blogs

Liaising - systemising gifts and outreach with GPs and referrers to deepen relationships and track impact

Troubleshooting system or scheduling issues

Helping organise a community workshop or health event

You’ll ensure we run smoothly—so that our clinicians can do their best work, and our clients feel consistently seen, supported, and empowered.
